When the business is slowing, even the lenders are
trying to do "extra" to attract the business.
Recently, one lender would like to offer the
lender reviewed pre-approval. They will assign the
underwriter to review the income, assets documents
and would issue a real lender approal for the
purchase.

I did not write too much about my running recently,
just because I did not run. A lesson learnt. Just
like mistakes in the business make us stronger
and more knowledgable; mistakes in the running will
make us stronger as well.

3 days after my first marathon, I stared runing.
I think I should run 3 miles instead of 6 miles.
And I hurt my hamstring, it took me about 3 days
to fix it. And this is not the end of the story.
After I felt better on the hamstring, I started
"core and balance" tarining with a coach 6am
Tuesday morning. And It hurt my back this time.
The good thing is that I found I did not have much
exercise on the upper body, so it is weak compared
to the other parts. And the hamstring injury was
an example of "over-training".

Anyway, hope the back is better again, and I can
start the training again. And I have another race
beginning of Feb. What kind of life I have now.
