It's very intersting I will have more meaningful
blogs after the running. Myabe that's because of
running high.

I finished another 10k run tonight for around 50
minutes. It's a pretty good training run. So my next
race will be better.

I tried to write a blog about what other doing with
their RE investorment. And I was too busy to do that.
And I guess that I have the time tonight.

Starting this year, a lot of people complained
about being very hard to get the short sale offer
accepted. That's partially true. Yesterday, I just
registered one purchase loan for my client, it's his
4th purchase this year, with the purchase price
similar to the other transactions. The one thing
I noticed is that he got all the purchases from the
same agent.

One thing is for sure, the agent has lots of connection
in the local market. So it's relatvely easy to get
offer accepted with connections. On the other hand,
the agent has more motivation to try  find good deals
since she knows that the buy will purchase the
property through her.

And my another client just got the shortsale offer
accepted after a few months' struggles, through his
old agent who handled a few transactions in the
past a few years.
