I ran the Davis Labor Day 10k Race Monday Sep 1st, 2015.
The finish time is 43:28. This is my best time ever, 4 minutes
17 seconds better than my best college finish time. And now,
my pace for the 10k is 6:59min/mile.
I felt more confident about the upcoming half marathon and
Marathon. I should have other two PRs this year(Half and Full
Marathon). During Monday's race, my best 5k is 21:27; my best 1
mile is: 6:28:30. But those two are not race numbers yet.
