Customers are Easily satisfied

At least I do. I was just back from my auto
annual oil change. And the dealer cleaned
my car for me, inside and outside. Though
it might cost about $30 to do it myself,
I was so happy when the dealer did it for me.

For the mortgage business, we can also do a little
bit to make the clients happier. Sometimes, We do
cover the apraisal fees for those failed transactions,
or cover some other fees to reduce the clients'
cost. Anyway, there are a lot of ways to wow the
clients.

Interest rate is getting better today because of
the "mixed" job reports. No of jobs created in
Nov revised UP, but the jobs created in Dec was
disppointing, only 74000. But the unemployment
rate was lower to 6.7%; and labor Force Participation
Rate (LFPR) fell to 62.8%.  So it is unclear whether
some people are leaving the labor force or retiring.
And we will know teh answer later.

Please try to grab a good rate to lock for the refinance
(if you still need it). Don't expect the rate will
go down too much from here. A little bit adjustment
is necessary, but the trend is UP, and for sure.
