30 Yr fixed higher, 15 yr fixed rate stay low

The interest rate is higher after QE4. But as Fed promised,
the rate will stay low.

Just read some wall street Journal articles, the us economy
will recover in 2016 or 2022(Bill Gross said 2022), and the
low growth of 2% to 3% will stay for another 10 to 20 years.
Kind of scary, is not it?

Also, please invest wisely and don't leverage too much.
I just heard some layoffs from my borrowers. You can survive
better if you prepare well.

Here is a good artcle about a Chinese Fund Manager(He is my
alumni, he was an undergraduate when I was a graduate in the
Business School): http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/inv-invest/509975.html,

You can find Buffet, Munger and Lu's value investing is
very different from most of us. Is not it?
