The rate may go temporarily higher from here. Just a little bit higher, all lenders and loan agents need a break. If you have not locked the rate, we still have chance before Feb.
Just a hunch, Nov rate can not be better than current level. I am not sure and Dec and Jan, usually we should have the lowest rate in a year.
