I already started using wechat with my chinese
clients. It is very conenvient to request the loan
documents, and check the loan status, etc.
And for purchase, we can also create a group including
the buyers, the agents, so it is very easy for the updates.
Finally I closed one purchase loan within 14 days.
I can do it with any ARM loans now. And with very
good rates.
