Locked two loans today, one jumbo for 4% with 30 yr fixed with Debt to income ratio around 48% with no closing cost at all. Another Jumbo condo rental purchase with 7/1ARM for 3.875% to cover $5000 closing cost. Both rates are pretty good with each different scenario.
Finished 75 pages of "The Power of Moments". 193 pages to go. I think I can finish it before my New York City Marathon(or on the plane to NYC, depends on how busy I will be next week).
Did not go out for the running today, though I did 6X1 mile workout yesterday. Here is the pace:
