Life back to Normal, Will update the rate Monday

August 6th, 2016 9:40 AM by Eric Fang

I got a phone call Friday while driving in LA, and one of my clients asked about my rates and mentioned that I did not update the rate for a few days. I think I will update the rate regularly starting next week.

My daughter had a few summer camps this summer, and I had a vacation to Canada. Because of the flight delay, traffics on the highway made me very tired most of the summer. And that might be one of the reasons I did not do well in SF Marathon.

And at the same time, I decided not to take too many loans in the previous month. I just wanted to keep everything under control. And I can have better service and rates when everything is control.

For the next three weeks, I will focus on my another training for Santa Rosa Marathon and yes, the loans. And I am glad that I already have over 25 loans in the pipeline signed and ready to be closed. Once the pipeline cleared, I can accept more and more loans.

For Jumbo loan buyers, I have good news for you as well. I do have 30 yr fixed good rates, even though the overall 30 yr fixed rate is much higher now.
