When I started writing blogs about 10 years ago, I had a mortgage coach teach me how to write the blogs. And I remembered one thing is that: write some stories.

There are 3 friends(BFF) who purchased a property in SF 6 years ago. And they simply decided to purchase one, and the property is a duplex. The purchase price is about 750k. And about two years ago, they got the permit to add another 1000 sqft to the property. Though they had a little bit better loan(used the construction loan to finance the remodel/addition). And the property value is about 3 Million. After so many years, with limited down payment, this is indeed a pretty good investment for them.

By the way, the interest rate is at the best levels after Nov 28, 2016. The rate is still much higher than the pre-election level. But it is prtty good now. And I recommend those who wants to refinance to jump in.

I will head to Boston for the marathon this weekend. Though I trained hard, I would run easily this time. I know I have better potential after the 4 months training. I plan to run below 3:20 at CIM this December. I will run easy for all other races, inckuding Ney York Marathon.
