The rate hit the short term buttom

April 10th, 2013 11:40 AM by Eric Fang

My client asked me about the rate for 15 yr fixed
rate for rental duplex, and I quoted the rate
of 3.5% for no closing cost at all. And I am
glad that she took my advice.

This year's market is so different. But I think
the bond traders have a believe that the rate
will veentually go up, so it's very hard for the
rate goes down even for the bad news of European
countries, unless the crazy north korean will
start the war.

Anyway, it's not a bad thing to watch the stock market
go up most of the trading days. And it's the best season
for the ourdoor activities.

Sometimes, we have a "fear" feeling inside of our
mind to prevent us from exploring. For the business,
we are afraid of failures. For the runnings, we are
afraid of the injuries. For the weekend running at
Golden Gate Headlands, I did not know that we would
run all up/down the hills, otherwise I would not
participate. But I did have fun after the try and
would like to run more on the hills. According to the
runner's world, it will help build my muscle strength.
