The past week is a tapering week. So it's a very interesing week.
First, I had the time watching the presidential debt, first time in my life. And I like it and will watch the other two before the election.
I should have easy runs this week, so I never runover 3 miles on any days. Sometimes, I would thinkwhy I should care about the race results? Just somekind of ego, or middle-age crisis?
The mortgage rate is tapering too. It gradually wentup. And with Friday's employment data, I have lots ofphone calls and emails to ask me locking loans. Anyway, the current rate is still at history low.
Loaded carbs today, will have another 3 mile run tomorrow, and am ready for Sunday 1/2 Marathon race.
In the next two months, I will finish my first Marathon training, though I will not run. I stillthink I am not ready.
On the other hand, my weight finally break the barrierand below 180lbs for a straight week. And one dayit is even within 1lb of my goal this year.
With next two month training, I know I will reachmy all my goals this year(Weight to 175lbs, originaterecord volume of loans, and finish 20 books)
