Last weekend I got a phone call from a realtor who gotme a good deal on the purchase. And she said that "I proved"to those naysayers that I could get the short sale done donefor my clients. I told her that she does not need to proveto anyone else. Your client will know how good you are andwill refer you to the freinds.
It's very similar to mortgage loan originators. A few monthsago, some clients told me that they heard from a mortgagebroker that she had 0% fall-out from the lender ProvidentFunding.
I just told her that I am one of top 1% loan orginators in California(and usa). I don't have 0% fall-out ratio.For some loans, there are value problems, others depositsproblems and some other problems. And I don't have to prove to everyone that I am the best agent.I only need to prove tomy client that I can deliver the rate I promised andget it loan done smoothly.
