1)QE2 is coming our way. It's pretty sure the Fed will announce the QE2 in Nov Fed meeting.
2)Is it good thing? Nobody knows since Fed does not have similar experience. As Bernanke's comments last Friday that Fed has less experience in QE than traditional monetary polic actions.
3)Is devaluation of us dollars good thing for the interest rates? Not necessary. The devaluation of the Dollar will ultimately drive the rates higher.
