Yes, I already quoted rates for some WA buyers.
Seems like my rates are very competitive compared
to there local lenders.
I used one running coach starting last week. She
is also a very good runner with Marathon finishing
time of 2:32, and she qualified Ocympic Trails
3 times from 2004(10k),2008(10k & Marathon), 2012(
Marathon). And we are working on the plans.
Though we mainly focus on the Dec Marathon, she
will also help the training for my upcoming San
Francisco Half Marathon. Hopefully I can run ok.
Finished 11 miles yesterday and today. Today's pace
was 7:54, not bad.
