Stock Market Seesawing for a few days and with a big jump today

And all the rates stay at the same level except the ARM 7/1 ARM and 5/1 ARM rate went up 0.125% especially for high balance loans and Jumbo.
When the interest rate is getting better, I will have to be busy. And sometimes I think what will happen if this happens before my marathon run. Should I still take a good rest as expected? Or take the business first. Do not know yet since it did not happen this way yet.
But next year I will have three marathons, Vancouver, San Francisco and Sacramento.
Let's hope I will not be busy the week before the race. Other times it is ok.
