Rate might be getting better after Thanksgiving

We should be able to get 3.125% for 30 yr fixed ; 2.625% for 15 yr fixed with best scenario. The high balance loan rate is still high. We might have better rates when the investors "rotate" to choose to have more high balance loans in theor portofolio in the future.
