My friend just purchased a custom built house. It is a very good one and with a lots of details. The listing agent is the dual agent. At the end of deal, the agent arranged the meeting of the sellerand the buyer. Normally most agents will not do that.
The buyer asked a lot of questions about the feature and functionality of the appliance of the house(howto use it, where to find it, etc; and the seller was the buider of the house), and the seller helpedmy friend a lot to understand that. And more important, the seller left his phone number and email addressto the buyer for any future questions.
My friend said that is very helpful.
This realtor did something other agents never did before. And my friend appreciated her service and would like to refer other friends to her.
A little bit extra effort will make the experiencedifferent. And sure, it's a good one.
