The begnning of a trend of lower rates

The bond rates are crazy for the last a few weeks and pushed the rate for most programs 0.5% higher. And after Mr. Ben's talk on CBS, the market heard the Fed's message. Personally I believe that the rate will go lower and will recommend to lock the rate once around the history lows, or the rate closer to that.
