Rate lock and basic commitment

I think I have to bring up this again when the rate drops. If the rate drops 0.25% or more, I will switch the lender for you; if the rate is only 0.125% lower, then please do your best to close the loan. This is within the limit of market fluctuation. And most of my clients(over 95%) can commit that(I can commit the rate I locked). And most likely I will not accept the loans from thsoe who cancel the loans because of the 0.125% market change. The reason is very simple: I don't know whether this person will cancel the loan again when the future rates is 0.125% lower again.
