Changing jobs or Travel while refinancing

Please talk to your agent if you plan to change a job, the agent can work with the lender for all the supporting documents.

Also, if anyone of the spouse plan to travel during the holiday season, please let the agent know as well. The agent can prepare the Power Of Attorney if needed.

your prediction on rate has NEVER been right. Lots of people lost big when follow your suggestion.

Never say never. When someone emailed me about the possibility of 4% for 30 yr fixed higher-balance loans. I used the words "almost impossible". Here is my explanation: a)I can not be always right, especially when the bond market is so volatile. We can only know the trend by the market data. US Goverment revises the unemployment rate & GDP after month(afterwards). b)I was right most of the time since 2008. That's why my blog is one of the most visited blogs in the industry. I gained lots of market share summer of 2009 when the rate was really high and I continued accepting the loan application and believing the rate will be lower. Please review the blogs June/July of 2009.
