I have some friends already prepared the business for the 2016. According to the survey of the 2016 mortgage bankers, the loan origination will be slightly up for the whole year of 2016. The volume for the purchase will be up and the refinance transactions will be a little bit lower. But the interest rate might be a little bit lower after Jan/Feb.

I also plan to run 4 marathons next years, I registered them all. Napa Marathon in March, San Francisco in July, Portland in Oct, and Sacramento CIM in Dec. I will also run 21 mile in Big Sur Marathon since I did not get the lottery draw for the full marathon.

And since the Marathon runs needs more time, and money, so I will have to work a little bit harder.
