Positive attitude or negative attitude

June 12th, 2012 9:42 PM by Eric Fang

About 1.5 years ago, I wrote a blog about an underwriter
from PF who had very good attitude and make our loans
very reasonable and easy to close. It did make the difference.
And I continued work with them ever since.

Compared to other brokers, I was referred as "PF guy" since
I did loans only with PF from 2003 to 2005, for about two
years. I know lots of details about the seller guideline.
Though PF was a tough and strict lender, I did a bunch of
ALT-A loans for those some needed investors. But some
other underwriters did annoy me by unreasonable conditions
(on purpose).

And I was a little bit sad that this Underwriter left PF today.
I hope the other underwriters are as good as she.

To the extreme opposite, there is one escrow officer who is
so unwilling to do esign. Though I told her that esigning
in the future trend, and it does environmental sense
of saving the papers. And she said that she did not want to
learn new technology at all. I was surprised that she
could still survive.

Sorry for not being able to answer lots of phone calls recently. I was too busy by those purchase loans. And it's my obligation to help them to get closed on time.
