Obama is a good president, if he can
bring more jobs.

Anyway, he just proposed recently that
he would extend the HARP eligibility date
to May 31st, 2010.

There will be more people qualify this HARP
if the proposal approved. Sometimes, it's easier
in China. If mr Hu or Mr Wen would suggest
the similar proposal, it will be approved the
2nd day.

Anyway, most banks still do not loans with LTV
over 105%. 5/3rd bank just announced that
they would not accept LRV over 105% Freddie Mac
loans and Flagstar suspended the programs after
June 1st.

There are still some fights between the investor
and the government.
