When Facebook annoced IPO a few weeks ago, The CEO Mark Zuckerberg was asked what he wasgoing to do after the IPO. He said: Stay focused &Keep Shipping.
For some time, for any person, we will ask ourselves why we are doing that? What's the purpose of doing that, etc?
The interest rates ging up & down. Andit still stays at my trading range. For somedays, we would be distracted by the low rates. What I am going to do? Originatenew loans, or just just FOCUS on my clients.And usually I will choose later.
Feb 27th was a big day for me. I closed 1x loanson one day. And most of them are my old clients.
I read a lot of customer relationship books,some of them are about how to keep the loyalcustomers. I think I am doing well and will do better on this. It's important to buildmutual-trust duing the loan process. Everything will be easy after that.
I did have a prospect who switched toanother lender just because the market interestrate is 0.075% better, and they cansave $15 extra each month. They would notfit my client profile and my clients will notdo that.
One of my clients has 17 properties now(9 financed properties). We worked togetherfrom the first property. I provided not just the low mortgage rate. My clients canhave my advice how to fullfill their investmentdream by acquiring the properties one after another.
This client FOCUSes on his dream. And I willhope you will do the same.
