One week pasted. And a lot of surprised already.

First, the interest rate went up unexpectedly.
It's a little bit surprise to those who
expect to have low lower rates. I think
the rate should go lower at the current level,
but not sure whether it will go low lower,
even though the lenders still held lots of
profit margins.

Finished 30 miles already for the yaer of 2013.
So it's still on the track for 1500 miles this years.
Registered a few races this year. San Diego's July
4th 10k is not open for registration yet. So
we registered Golden Gate Headlands Half Marathon
& 7 Mile for all our family members.
And before that, we will start one wamr-up race
Feb. I think I may take 10k.

On the weight-wise, it's still hard to lose.
But I still have another 12 montsh to go.
Hopefully I can lose 1 lb each month. Then the game
would be easier.
