It's the election day. And everything is crazy.
The stock market is up and so is the interest rate.
But I am glad I locked most of my loans yesterday.

Though I read the book: Delivering Happiness about
a year ago, it's my first time to order something
from zappos.com. And Saturday morning I ordered
a shirt and 3 pair of socks. I placed the order
late Sunday evening and I got it Tuesday morning.

I heard about the customer service from zappos.
And it's my first time experience with this
company. But I am  not sure I will purchase the shoes
from this company or not, since my shoes are a little bit
different.

I followed this company because of my background.
I might be the only loan originator who knows the
whole process of shoe making(I was VP of a shoe factory
about 20 years ago for two years). And some of my friends
talked about selling shoes online, and Zappos did it.
