Interest rate gets a littlle better

Very interesting week. On the way to Maui the weekend, I read an article from Walls Street Journal that an old guy who works as janitor of JC Penny left $8 million to the local library and hospital after his death. His investment strategy is very similar to Warren Buffett. He does not buy high tech stocks at all(I do not buy high tech either, but I not doing that well). But one thing is certain, if you want to grow your portfolio, you have to live longer, he was 94 years old.

The interest rates getting a little better. That's good since I still have a few loans with floating rates. And the best rate for this morning is 30 yr fixed rate with 3.625% for high balance loan amount with LTV <= 60% with no closing cost at all. This rate is just available this morning.
