Rates a little bit higher. Ony 15 yr fixed worth Refi

15 Yr fixed still at history low. But sometimes, I think 30 yr fixed should be lower to "catch" 15 yr fixed rates. The normal spreads is around 0.5% to 0.625%. In that case, 30 yr fixed should be at 3.875% level.
