I am doing a purchase for one client. And the
agent added this line on the contract:
Roof Repair & Fix Ceiling due to Leaking.

The more line the better on the contract?
No necessary. This borrower will not ask the
seller to pay naything, so I don't understand
why the agent list this item here. And you know the
story that the lender will ask this be fixed
before closing.

For my running, I ran 6 to 10 miles everyday from
last Wednesday to Saturday? I did have very good runs
from Wed to Fri. The pace was almost as good as the
race pace. The more miles the better? Not necessary.
I tried to run faster on my routine 10 mile Saturday run.
I burned out after mile 7 after faster a few miles(
why should I follow those faster running?). So it is
more important to listen to my heart and my body.

And the more friends, the better. Two friends visited me
over the weekend. One was from the college friend
about 20 years ago(US College friend), and we were
so young, live a worry free life and full of dreams
and he leads the strike today in the bay area
representing the union(if you listen to NPR).
And another long time friend whose daughter's team won
the volleyball tournament. Time flies.
