Let's start a story first. Charlier Munger, the partner
of Warren Buffett, was a lawyer at the beginning of
his career. He had a passion to get rich. One day,
his bill rate was $20 petr hour then. One day, he thought
to himself, "Who is my most valuable client?" and
he decided it was himself. So he decided to sell him one
hour everyday.  So he did it early in the morning,
working on these construction projects and real estate
deals. And later, he still sold one hour to himself:
He spent one hour a day to read books.

It's a wonderful and productive day today. I ran
16 miles with two diffent groups. And luckily, it did
not rain when I ran. The very interesting run was
with my daughter running in the whole neighborhood
with all the beautiful Christmas lights.
It's called Jingle Bell Run.
