2)Rancho Cordova(Near Sacramento). 210k.4/3. 1850 sqft. Purchased as rental.PITI $1150. Market Rental Income $1550(Based on the appraisal report)
3)San Jose. 630k. Purchased as Primary.Highrise Condo. 2/2.5. 1500 sqft.
4)Sacramento. 155k purchase. 3/2. 1500sqftPITI $780. Rental income $1250. Built 2003.
Hopefully you have some idea about those markets. The cash-flow is positive for mostRE rental markets now.
Also, I have a feeling that the rate will be better next week.
