Fannie just changed guideline that the buyers with short
sale history of at least 4 years can qualify for a purchase
loan. The previous requirement was for 2 years.
I just finished San Francisco Half Marathon today. It was
indeed a great one, though I ran the slowest in the last
5 half marathons. The views were so great, the weather
