Auto Sales

I listened to the radio this morning, and the
talk show host said that most of the auto
companies do not make the money from the sales,
the make the money from the maintenance.
That's interesting and true.

For mortgage industry, it will be hard to have
this kind of model. And there is impossible for the
lender or broker to provide extra service to the
returning clients. But there are some lenders will
give a little bit better rates for the clients who have
saving or checking account with the lender. Or if the
borrower allow the lender to manage their retirement funds.
