Just a few days after Fed Exit the MBS market, the rate is back to teh higest level of 2010 again. Will the rate go higher, possible; will the rate go lower, that's for sure.
The rate will be volatile the end of this year. It will not be that stable as the 1st quarter of this year and the whole year of 2009. So it can go higher/lower very quickly.
Since most of us already secured the very good rate, we can confortably watch the rate roller skating, right?
