I got a phone call from a client yesterday saying thatshe referred a lot of clients to me and lots of themdid not work out.
Here are some explanations.1)We were all very busy now. And we don't pick upthe phones when we are extremely busy. Please leave a VM if you can. I pick up my past clients' phone since I know their number.
2)My system is email based system. The process werebuilt based on the emails. All my correspondence willcome to my email(yes, I integrated them all together),even the missed phone calls and voicemails. If youleave a VM, if it is in English, I will get an email with text;if it's in Chinese, I will get a media file(I can listento it by media player).Yes, I have 200GB email box. And I keep at least 7-10 years emails(not security related)
3)Please leave voice mail if you really want myattension. We normally don't return missed phone calls.
4)For my practice, if we think the rate is higher,we can wait. But once you got the rate you wantand decide to lock it, we will keep the commitmentand will not float down. You can get lower rate from another broker, or next refi.
Thanks. Hapy Holidays.
