Perfect Mile

September 22nd, 2015 11:27 AM by Eric Fang

I finished half of the book : The Perfect Mile. I found that every time that I plan to read, I would concentrate for a few days, finish one or more books, and then was distracted again to something else. Since I listen audio books too, I almost finish:  what i talk about when i talk about running.

It is very interesting that we actually have a lot of "free time".  I sent my daughter's high school tennis team for the games for the last two weeks(only twice). Since It was too hot on the court, so I decided to read books in the car, so that's why I can finish some books easily. And I think the coach just needed some parents to drive the kids there and bring them back home. And I am not good at cheering them either anyway.

When I listened to  what i talk about when i talk about running By Haruki Murakami. He shared his experience of preparing his lecture notes at Harvard University while running. I know running is boring, but the time passed quickly if you try to find something to be worked by the brain.

The interest rate is getting a little bit better, especially for the ARM rate.  Please let me know if you are interested.

Also, if you want to know how to lose weight, I can share my experience as well. I lost my weight from 205 lbs to around 170lbs. And currently I am working to tune my upper body so that I can have more muscle and look more stronger with a better shape.
