Rate went up again. Just wait Fed Statement Wednesday

Rate still fluctuates within the trading range. I still accept the loan applications. And mainly from my blog readers, my old clients and referrals. That is the most efficient way to do the business, especially when I am too busy.

When I do the loans, I am serious about the business. For the past week, I researched the top 100 loan originators(I will be one of them IF I participate), and will learn more stuff and do better, especially while I am spring my time for the marathon.

When I ran marathon, I am serious too. My first priority is no injury. So that's why a lot of friends said that I did not push myself enough. I know. If I do, I can finish marathon within 3:20 soon. Last year, my coach predicted my finish time as 3:21. I let her down because of my cramps on/after mile 20. But I still have a PR of more than 2 minutes.

I finished my training for Vancouver Marathon after today's speed workout. And as usual, I am injury free for the whole season. Since this is a hilly course, it might be hard for me to BQ, but I should be able to PR. Still the strategy is good enough. And I changed a coasch this year, and this coach told me to run by my own feeling of the course. And do not push hard. That's true if I do not want to BQ tis time. Plus, I have two more Marathons in the next 3 months. Stay tuned. Will get you updated for my finish time.
