I tried to write this blog for sometime. And
I did not complete it since I was very busy.

If you check your kids now, they will do
the homework, listen to the music and chat
with their friends at the same time. And they
called it multi-tasking. And if you tell them
that at our old times, how we did our homework,
they would say that they are a different generation
now. And I heard it from some kids.

I don't know how others handle their work. For me,
I have lots of tasks now, I have to do the fundings,
to originate the new loans, and process the loan
we have, and at the same time, we will have kids
activities, my running schedules, etc. I have to
handle it correctly at this busy season when the
rate is low.

First, I will limit my loan numbers to 1xx; if I have
more tha certain loans in the pipeline, I will not
accept my business. Second, I will only do the
purchase loans for the old clients. Otherwise,
if I accept too much business and can not get the
loans closed, the customer statisfaction level
will be low, if will affect the future business.

For those who already submitted the loans to me,
I am processing the loans now, and they are
on scheduled to be closed.
