I got an email from my client this afternoonreminding me that his loan was sold to anotherservicer the beginning of this month. And thisis the 2nd reminder.
For some borrowers, it might be my job to followup on the payoff of the 2nd loan. This borrower(he is an attorney) reminded me a few time to helpme avoid the potential problems. I really appreciatedhis emails.
I never bragged that I did not have any loans failed.For most of the loans failed, the borrower would thinkthat was my loan(or my business), not his. The co-operationbetween the borrower and the agents will make the transactionclosed smoothly.
I usually tried my best not to point fingers to myprocessors, or blame the escrow officers, or the lender.Wheneven a loan has the problem to close, I will take thefull responsibility.
