Work Ethics

I got an email from my client this afternoon
reminding me that his loan was sold to another
servicer the beginning of this month. And this
is the 2nd reminder.

For some borrowers, it might be my job to follow
up on the payoff of the 2nd loan. This borrower(
he is an attorney) reminded me a few time to help
me avoid the potential problems. I really appreciated
his emails.

I never bragged that I did not have any loans failed.
For most of the loans failed, the borrower would think
that was my loan(or my business), not his. The co-operation
between the borrower and the agents will make the transaction
closed smoothly.

I usually tried my best not to point fingers to my
processors, or blame the escrow officers, or the lender.
Wheneven a loan has the problem to close, I will take the
full responsibility.
