The rate went up again

March 9th, 2017 1:08 PM by Eric Fang

And the current rate is about the highest level of 2017. But it is still ok compared to the rates a few years ago.

I have to purchase a book since Amazon asked the order of $35 for free shipping. So I ordered : The Undoing Project: A Friendship That Changed Our Minds. Anyway, I already finished Michael Lewis's Flash Boys last week. So I might be able to read it during the travel sometime later.

It's tax time again. I need to prepare the business tax returns, the due date is March 15th.

The Boston Marathon training goes pretty well. I finished another 12 miles this morning, with 10 miles at Marathon Pace, 5 miles of them on the overpass.

My heart rate is around 158-160 most of the time. Still lower than my half marathon training. It was normally around 165.
