That's the trading Market

And it's a volatile one. But it's ok if you invest wisely
and usually I am not bothered too much by the market.
Like today, I care only about the bonds, which affects
the rates.

I talked to one loan orignator last week, and he told
me that he got more business when the rates was low.
That's good for him. For me, I always have these kind
of vilumes for a long time. When the rates were low,
I also had lots of inquries, but sometimes, it was
over my capacity and I turned.

But when the rates were a little bit higher, I started
accepted the loan applications and "wait" for better rates.
I hop I can lock the rates my clients like to have
in the next a few days.

As for the investment, one professional told me to
hold cash and wait for better opportunity. Is not
"Not investing" is a good investing strategy?
