I completed another half marathon run the past Sunday and it was more than 7 minutes faster than my previous best record.
I am preparing my 1st marathon run for thisDecember. And I ran faster for the last 10krun and this 1/2 marathon run.
Since I am getting older, so I have to try some new. I added some speed workouts andtried to adjust to the correct running form.I think the new "pose&pull" technique helpeda lot while I was running. I have to run smartly in order to reach my goal.
Now since I can half marathon at 1:39:24;10k at 45:52. My next goal will be 10kfor 43 minutes and Half Marathon 1:35.
And hopefully I can run better for my 1st marathon. I am very confident to finish itunder 4 hours, and sure the faster the better.
