I was trying to lock the rate 3.25%(625k loan) for my
client yesterday, and could not locked the rate since
the lender  charged 0.625% for the G-fees for the
high balance loan.

All the other lenders will kick in the G-fees as well,
so I will chose lender who will "gradually" kick-in the
G-fees.

So high balance of 3.25% is not available for any lenders yet.
