I tried a few different software to help me to manage my business. I think I am a big supporter of using all kind of technologies.

I still used for the phone servicing, so that I do not have to check my phone all the time(I only need to check my email. All messages goes to my email). I tried a few CRM software before, even salesforce products, and other softwares I already forgot. For the todolist, I am using; and now after trying, I think I like it.

For my loan processing, basically, I need to track the clients documents status, the loan status, the rate locking dates, etc. And this service is good enough.

I used to use excel plus some other software to complete all my tasks. For the excel, I have to upload to the google drive when I travel. And I might have to keep different versions.
For smartsheet, one version is good enough. Besides, it has the online apps to track the status.

I need to be as efficient as before, so I can close loans with less time.
