I called a few clients today to discuss the closing statement with them. I still feel very sorry forthe service one of the closing agent provided.Since this is the company not chosen by me(chsoen by the lender), I can not control too much at the closing time. But I am glad that I closedall loans with this closing agent, and also with thatlender. I am pretty sure that I will not do businesswith either of them for quite some time.
One Wells Fargo banker visited me Friday. We talked about my business needs, and how the bank can help mewith my buisness expand. I did tell them that I ama top plyer in the mortgage industry and I will be survivor even at bad times.
And she(the banker) asked me how I did that? I toldher that I beat my competition by the following:1)Best Client Service.2)Become an expert in the insdustry.3)Adopt the most updated technology to becomeone of the most efficient loan originator.
By the way, I will no do loans with another lenderfor sometime since this lender request too much documentsfrom my clients. I want the transaction as smoothly as possible.
