Weekly Review(March 24)

Still lots of loans, lots of runnings and tax season
is around the corner. Basically I am busy.

When the stock market was good, eveyone were Warren Buffett.
When the rate was low, every loan originator was a good
agent. And now there is a different story when the rate is
up.  And I am glad that my clients and the referrals still
acknoledge my expertise, and my business is still as good
as usual.

Got one more Seth Godin's book: Whatcha Gonna Do With That Duck.
Agreed one line with the author, if we want to standout,
we can not just be an average in the industry. We should be
the expert. No one will pay extra to an average person.

My friend decided to cash the facebook stocks and purchase
a bigger house. That's a good decision. And she deserves it.
For the past a few years, she "focused" on the job and
put all her efforts into it. And now it is the pay back time.
I hope all my clienta and friends can focus on what you are
good at, and become an expert in your area.
