Non-recurring closing cost

February 2nd, 2010 9:37 AM by Eric Fang

There are more and more first home buyers now and they may not
understand what covers the closing cost.

When we said that there is no closing cost for the purchase,
usually we mean that we will cover the closing cost for you.
For the detail of the clsoing cost for each county,
click the link here.

You will still need to pay pre-paid interest(if we close on
20th, then you will pay the rest of the month) and one year
insurance at the closing. Those two items are recurring items.

The lender will only allow the agents to cover non-recurring
closing costs.
