Using Templates

A few years ago, when I worked at Criminal Justice,
I worked on a small project to send out letters to
those who made false alarm phone calls. It was my
first time to know that how those personalized letters
were generated, and printed out and mailed to those
residents right away.

And I used the templates ever since I started my business.
I have  a few clients asked me how I can process the
loans so efficiently. One of my tricks is that I am using
templates. I have the email templates to send to my
clients, I have hud1 templates to review the closing
statements with borrowers, and I have GFE templates to
generate the GFE for refinance loans with only a few
mouse clicks. And I am working on templates for some
purchase loan GFE as well.

I also used the templates to help borrower to write
the letter of explanations, gift letter explanation,
large deposit explanation,  the templates files to
find those common docs they have. Those templates
will help me a lot to process the loans.

And also, I have a lot of template folder/files for
my tenants as well. Then every month, I just modify
those templates to communicate with the tenants.
