I had a great race this weekend at Urban Cow half marathon
in Sacramento. The finish time was 1:36:01.

It took me about a year to lower the 1 minute and one second.
I plan to lower the finish time to 1:35:00 within the next two
years. Most likely I can do it within the next 12 months.

It is very hard to improve the finish time once the pace is close to 7.
My 10k pace was 6:59; and 1 mile pace was 6:28. I could not run
faster if I do not improve my 1 mile speed/ Maybe I can try to train
for 1 mile and 5k next year?
